Company profiles
Save basic company contact details and a default pay frequency. Tax and banking identifiers are intentionally excluded.
Privacy boundary: Workspace profile and queue data is stored in this browser’s local storage. It deliberately does not ask for or save Social Security numbers, EINs or tax IDs, bank details, checkout email addresses, pay rates, hours, earnings, deductions, or tax calculations. Saved contact and workplace details can still be personal information, so do not save profiles on a shared or public device. You can export or delete all workspace data below.
No account is created. Workspace storage itself stays in this browser. When you choose a saved profile and open a generator, supported profile values are copied into ordinary generator fields; from that point, those copied values are handled like information you entered directly in that generator and may be sent as part of calculation, document generation, or checkout. Opening a generator does not make a purchase. Review every prefilled field and enter or verify all tax-calculation state, compensation, withholding, and payment details before checkout.

Create a new document using saved profiles
Select the company and worker you want to reuse. Supported browser-local profile fields and optional planning dates will be applied when the generator opens. Tax-calculation state, compensation, withholding, and payment details are not supplied by Workspace.
Tax IDs, Social Security numbers, compensation, hours, earnings, deductions, withholding, and payment information are never populated from Saved Profiles. Enter those directly in the selected generator.

Save contact and workplace descriptors. Compensation, SSN, withholding, and banking fields are intentionally excluded.
Small-employer pay-run queue
Create a browser-local checklist for a pay period. Each worker opens in an existing generator and remains an individual, separately reviewed purchase. This does not run payroll, calculate payroll for multiple workers, submit forms, or create a combined checkout.
Your browser-local data
Export a readable JSON backup, restore a LeoFolio workspace backup on another device, or permanently remove every workspace profile and queue stored by this browser. Backup files contain the supported profile and planning fields you chose to save, which can include names, addresses, phone numbers, and employee IDs.
