Everything on this page is stored in this browser only; LeoFolio keeps no copy. To work on another computer, save each company's encrypted company file in Pay Run. Hours links carry only names, employee IDs and dates.
Saved company and worker profiles
Saved profiles stay in this browser. A profile does not ask for or save Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank details or pay rates, and saving one does not run payroll. Opening Pay Run from a profile does not make a purchase: each completed run is a separately reviewed purchase at checkout.
Start a Pay Run from saved profiles
Choose a saved company and worker; their contact details fill in when Pay Run opens. Pay, hours and tax settings are entered in Pay Run.
Tax IDs, Social Security numbers, pay rates, hours, deductions, withholding and bank details never come from saved profiles. You enter those in Pay Run.

Worker profiles
Save contact and workplace descriptors. Compensation, SSN, withholding, and banking fields are intentionally excluded.
Your data in this browser
Export a readable JSON backup of your saved profiles, restore it on another device, or permanently remove every saved profile from this browser. Pay Runs are kept separately: save a company file from Pay Run to move them. Backup files contain the supported profile and planning fields you chose to save, which can include names, addresses, phone numbers, and employee IDs.
