LeoFolio.com provides document generation tools for personal recordkeeping purposes only. Documents generated by this Service are not official payroll records, tax documents, or employer-issued documents. They are computer-generated documents based on information you provide and are intended solely for personal recordkeeping, reference, and informational use.

2. Permitted Use

You may use documents generated by this Service for:

• Personal financial recordkeeping
• Income estimation and budgeting
• Requesting records from employers
• General reference and education

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use documents generated by this Service to:

• Misrepresent your income or employment status to any lender, landlord, government agency, or other party
• Commit fraud, identity theft, or any illegal act
• File tax returns or official government submissions
• Substitute for official employer-issued documents in any legal or financial proceeding

Any fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresentative use of documents from this Service is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offense. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. Payment and Refunds

Because document generation begins immediately after payment, refunds are limited to the circumstances described in our Refund Policy. Those circumstances include qualifying delivery or technical-generation failures, duplicate charges, and certain verified Canadian calculation defects that support cannot correct. Requests must follow the timing and information requirements in the Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

U.S. calculations are based on publicly available IRS and state guidance. Canadian employee-pay-statement calculations are based on published CRA payroll formulas and supported provincial or territorial parameters. All calculations are provided for reference purposes only. LeoFolio.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or fitness of any document for a particular purpose. Review all inputs and results and consult a qualified payroll, tax, or accounting professional when appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeoFolio.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Service or any documents generated herein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
